We collect the name, email, phone number, delivery address, selected pickup point, order contents and payment status required to fulfil an order. ZORULAB does not receive or store full card details.
Why we use it
Data is used to accept payment, prepare and deliver orders, provide tracking and support, prevent fraud and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments and Packeta processes delivery. They receive only the information required for their service and process it under their own privacy terms.
Retention and rights
Order records are retained for the period required by accounting, tax and consumer law. You may request access, correction or deletion where the law allows it by contacting site support.
Marketing
Order data is not automatically used for marketing. Promotional email requires separate consent and an unsubscribe option.
