Checkout currently supports Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovenia. More destinations will be added only after their rates and delivery rules are verified.
Options
The customer chooses a Packeta pickup point or Packeta home delivery. The exact delivery charge is shown before payment and is included in the Stripe total.
Preparation
Orders are normally handed to Packeta within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
Tracking
After handover, carrier and tracking information will appear in My orders when available. Carrier scans determine the in-transit and delivered status.
Address accuracy
The customer must provide complete and accurate delivery details. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address or uncollected parcel may be charged where permitted.
