Conditions for buying ZORULAB products and using their connected features.

The contracting seller is identified below. These consumer terms apply to purchases for personal use. Business quotations must specify the agreed product, quantity, price, payment stages and production schedule separately; consumer rights cannot be removed simply by labelling an order as business.
Products and custom work
The product page and accepted order define the product and included features. Preview images illustrate the design; minor manufacturing variations must not change the agreed characteristics. A request for custom artwork or a business batch is initially an enquiry. Design, price and any deposit must be agreed before production. Upload only artwork you are entitled to use.
Checkout and payment
Review the products, quantities, destination links, contact details, delivery and full total before continuing to Stripe. You can correct these details before submitting the order. Card details are entered on Stripe; ZORULAB receives payment references and status, not your full card number or CVV. A failed or cancelled payment does not confirm a paid order. Keep the order number and payment confirmation.
NFC, QR and internet access
NFC requires a compatible phone and may need to be enabled. QR requires a camera or reader. Online destinations require internet access. NFC is not GPS and does not continuously locate a person, animal or object. A directly programmed link changes only when the chip is rewritten; a printed direct QR cannot be rewritten. An editable ZORULAB destination depends on the platform remaining available. Never put an account password or private activation code in a public QR or NFC link.
Profiles and public information
Publish only contact details you intend a finder to see and have authority to share. Anyone who obtains a public profile link may open it without possessing the tag. A pet tag does not replace a veterinary microchip or official registration. These accessories do not guarantee recovery of lost property or animals and are not emergency or medical services.
Delivery, withdrawal and defects
Delivery arrangements are shown before payment. The Returns and Complaints pages explain withdrawal and remedies for defects. Customisation does not remove rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods. These terms do not exclude mandatory protection available to consumers under applicable law.
Include an order reference if available. Never send card details, passwords or secret activation codes.
