Returns & Refunds

EU consumers normally have 14 days after receiving a standard product to notify the seller that they wish to withdraw. Return instructions and the return address are provided after contacting site support with the order number.
Personalised products
The withdrawal right may not apply to a product made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, including custom shapes, graphics or branding. This exception does not remove rights relating to defective goods.
Condition and return cost
Standard returns should be unused and safely packed. The customer normally pays the direct return cost unless the product is defective or the seller agrees otherwise.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method after the returned item is received or valid proof of return is supplied, within the period required by law. Original standard delivery is refunded where legally required.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact site support promptly with the order number and clear photos. ZORULAB will arrange repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as applicable.
