Withdrawal from a consumer purchase is separate from a complaint about a defect.

For standard goods bought online as a consumer, you normally have 14 days after receipt to notify the seller that you withdraw, without giving a reason. An unambiguous email is sufficient; using the model below is optional. Send the notice before the deadline. An order number helps identify the purchase but is not a condition if it can be identified otherwise.
Returning the goods
Send goods back within 14 days after notifying withdrawal, to the seller address below unless another return address is agreed. You bear the direct return postage only where this was disclosed before the contract. Handle the goods only as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; any reduction for diminished value must be justified. Original packaging is helpful but is not a general condition for exercising withdrawal.
Refund timing
For a valid withdrawal, we refund payments within 14 days after receiving the notice, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. We may withhold the refund until receiving the goods or evidence of dispatch, whichever comes first, unless we offered to collect them. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional fees.
Personalised goods
The statutory exception may apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as an individually agreed shape or logo. It does not automatically apply to every 3D-printed product or every selection from standard colours. Any applicable exception must be disclosed before purchase. Rights concerning defects remain.
